Quick Tip: When you touch something such as a bill, something you need to put away, something you need to do, etc... Do it then. If you just keep moving things around and setting them elsewhere, you are wasting your time and also leaving the possibility of forgetting it altogether. So, if you pick something up to move it or put it in your to do pile, take care of it then.
